Understand how to bind a channel to your agent and what each channel setup requires.

Agent Channels Overview

These guides help you bind a channel to your AI Influencer's agent in Spira AI.

Once a channel is bound, your agent can use that account to talk in Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or Slack.

Before You Start

  1. Make sure your AI Influencer already exists.
  2. Choose which channel you want to bind to the agent.
  3. Prepare the required token or QR login for that channel.

If you switch to a different channel later, the new channel will replace the current one.

Channel Guides

What To Expect

  • If the agent does not exist yet, Spira AI creates it automatically during setup.
  • Telegram uses one bot token.
  • Discord uses one bot token.
  • Slack uses one bot token and one app token.
  • WhatsApp uses a QR code instead of pasting a token.

Common Pitfalls

  • Using the wrong bot, account, or workspace
  • Rotating a token in the provider console but not updating it in Spira AI
  • Switching channels without realizing the old channel will be replaced
  • Letting a WhatsApp QR code expire before finishing the scan
